AFFILIATE PROGRAM

As an Authorized User Tradelines Affiliate, you are authorized to market and refer qualified clients to the company.

The Company agrees to:

• Process qualified tradeline orders.

• Handle customer onboarding and support.

• Coordinate tradeline placements.

• Issue affiliate commissions based on successful funded transactions.

• Provide marketing support when available.

The Affiliate agrees to:

• Market services ethically and professionally.

• Submit accurate client information.

• Never make false guarantees regarding credit score increases or approvals.

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Protect all client information and maintain confidentiality.

Referral Process

• Affiliate submits qualified client.

• Company contacts and enrolls client.

• Client completes payment.

• Tradeline order is processed.

• Affiliate commission becomes payable according to the agreed schedule.

Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may:

• Promote through social media.

• Promote through email marketing.

• Use approved marketing materials.

• Refer clients directly.

Affiliates may NOT:

• Advertise misleading pricing.

• Guarantee credit score improvements.

• Claim affiliation with banks or credit bureaus.

• Use deceptive advertising.

• Misrepresent company services.

Confidentiality

Affiliate agrees that all client information, pricing, company procedures, marketing materials, and business practices are confidential and may not be disclosed without written permission.

Payment Terms

Commission is earned only after:

• Client payment has cleared.

• Tradeline order has been confirmed.

• The transaction is not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.

• The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions on fraudulent or disputed transactions.

Compliance

Affiliate agrees to comply with:

• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising guidelines

• All applicable consumer protection laws

• Company compliance policies

• Affiliate understands that credit results vary by individual and no outcome can be guaranteed.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

The Company may immediately terminate this agreement for:

• Fraud

• Misrepresentation

• Violation of company policies

• Unethical business practices

• Illegal marketing activities

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Indirect damages

• Marketing expenses incurred by Affiliate

• Client credit outcomes

Affiliate Acknowledgement

I certify that all information provided is accurate.

I understand that I am an independent affiliate and not an employee of the Company.

I agree to comply with all company policies and the terms outlined in this Agreement.
